We stayed in this hotel twice, we lived in a two-room room because we had children. Very clean and cozy hotel, excellent breakfasts! We liked the restaurant the most among others in the city and we often had dinner there! The next time you visit this beautiful city, you will also stay at this hotel.

Location. Convenient location- everything is nearby. Wherever you go. Number. Everything in the room is decent, fresh, new, even the pillows are comfortable (although the covers were removed- they were very dense, they made the pillow high and stiff). Every day we were given 1.5 liters of drinking water and 2-3 bottles of 0.5 liters each. When we went for a walk, we took a couple more bottles at the reception. There are no questions about toiletries - large bottles, good quality, cream, shampoo, conditioner, toothbrushes and paste, washcloths. Everything is there. Restaurant. We visited the restaurant - not bad and not on a budget. But I can't say anything bad. The service is good. Special offer - a bottle of wine and a cheese plate for 900 lire, excellent price. Reception desk. There are no questions about the reception either, they are attentive, quick, always ready to help, there are Russian speakers. Breakfast. Not bad, but it was possible to diversify. It's the same thing every day. You could, for example, add casseroles, pancakes, cheesecakes, scrambled eggs. It would be great to cook omelets with a guest. Overall, the hotel left a positive impression. But my view is 4* with the stated 5. But that's only because I probably didn't have enough of the usual scope of the Turkish five. I recommend.

The hotel is located in the heart of Istanbul's old town, with all attractions within walking distance. The staff speaks English fluently, a little Russian. The rooms are spacious, the beds are 200* 180 - you can get lost. The rooms are decorated in classic style, and the rooms are cleaned daily. 0.5 liters of drinking water per person, plus 1.5 liters for tea, there is an electric kettle and a tea and coffee set in the room. There is a refrigerator with non-alcoholic drinks, a safe for documents. The choice of food is not large, standard for every day, but enough to live a week without addiction. Have dinner at the hotel- the food is delicious. Guided tours are offered at the reception. The rest was very successful, thanks to the hotel as well.

Nice hotel. Clean and cozy rooms, daily cleaning and change of towels. The bathroom has all the necessary accessories in sufficient quantity. Attentive staff. There are no Russian speakers, but the translator on the phone helped us out. A wonderful location two minutes from Hagia Sophia. The breakfasts are normal, enough to have a hearty meal before a long walk. During the five days of our stay, the set of dishes did not change, but we had enough of everything.

We stayed at the hotel for a week. Nice room, cleaning service every day. The breakfasts are so-so! We Russians are used to meat, but it's not on breakfast. Only local sausage and cheeses. The kitchen prepares an omelet or scrambled eggs, on request. Coffee or tea on request at the bar, free of charge. Very convenient location, in the historical Sultanahmet district. Famous mosques and Khurem hamam are nearby. Everything is within walking distance. I recommend taking the T1 tram, which stops 250 meters away. It is better to buy an Istanbul Card (the cost is 130 liras). If you buy a card, the remaining money is automatically credited to the account. The vending machine doesn't give you change! Charges 50-100-200 lire. All ticket holders are familiar with the Russian language. Everything is clear, but this is the first time we've steamed up. There is always a local nearby who is ready to help and prompt. But I witnessed that the card was bought, they did not understand what they had done and left. And the "assistant" took the card and retreated. But after a while, he appeared again and began to "help." Be vigilant! The card appears at the bottom of the ticket collector, wait until it comes out. In general, it is an amazing country and the city of Istanbul in particular.

The location is good, the hotel itself is stylish and bright (which was important to me) the room is excellent, the staff is wonderful, the restaurant kindly agreed to cook my porridge for the child, in general my trip to Istanbul is a failure of the year (many factors are a small child, it is difficult to find healthy food and so on) but I can safely say that the hotel brightened up my frustration from a trip to this city.

We stayed at this hotel on New Year's Eve 2021. Excellent location on the pedestrian part of the street near the main attractions of Istanbul. The hotel itself is fresh, the rooms are not cramped, the linen was changed every day, the cleaning is also always clear, all accessories are in abundance, water in the room in glass bottles. Excellent food, attentive staff, responsible and hospitable manager Yilmaz (Ylmaz). In general, they did not regret their choice for a minute. A room with low ceilings, when the curtain was opened, they saw the walls of the neighboring basement with a staircase and flower pots, as if the catacombs could not even see the sun, and the hotel was 5*. I went to the reception to complain, they changed it the next day. They swore about cleaning, torn pillowcases, sheets, forgot to put toothpaste. The breakfasts are monotonous, except for sweets. What I want to say about this place. I definitely do not recommend it!!! View from the window to the wall, musty smell in the room👎 I am very disappointed. Stains on upholstered furniture, on sheets, on the ceiling. Something is humming very loudly outside the window. It is not possible to open the window, it smells strongly of sewage. For this money, it was possible to find a much better place further from the center. This hotel is definitely not 5⭐️ Maximum 3⭐️ The location is good, but traffic jams are HELL. By the time you get from the airport to the hotel, your vacation will be over 🙈 We planned to take a walk on arrival, but after the traffic jams and the problem with the room, we had no strength left. So one day can be crossed out, it passed without any benefit.
