Hotel Review The overall impression: The hotel is old and dirty, the general condition is very tired. Number and type: I live on the 20th floor, but there is no normal view — the windows are dirty and also do not open. Bathroom: The toilet is dirty, there is a constant smell of cigarettes, despite the fact that we do not smoke. Bed linen: On the first day, the sheets were in poor condition, so I had to ask for a replacement. Staff: They work openly without interest. They didn't give me a second card from the room at first, so I had to get it separately — only after insistent demands were they given it. Water and plumbing: The water pressure is weak, especially noticeable on the 20th floor. Electrics and convenience: There are two beds in the room, but there is an outlet only on one side. It was very inconvenient — I had to buy an extension cord. Food: The food is of normal quality, but the assortment is the same every day. Transfer: There is a transfer to the beach only in the morning, and you literally have to fight for a place in it. Gym: poor ventilation.

Shopping malls are nearby, IKEA is nearby. You can get there by taxi - it's not expensive from the board anyway, it's 15 dirhams to the beach, 11 dirhams to the market. There is a free bus to the beach. Friendly staff. Cons: the bus to the beach is small (at least at the end of December 2025), makes several flights, some rooms do not have hot water - if so, request another room, sauna until 19 o'clock, windows are not very clean and do not open. It never matches 4, the food is monotonous and not tasty, the rooms are not bad, there are air conditioners and refrigerators in the rooms, the linen is cleaned and changed daily. It's very noisy because of the nightclub in the building. If you are placed on the lower floors, you will listen to loud music until 3 a.m. The sea is 6 km from the hotel. There is a delivery, but it doesn't fit the word at all, and it doesn't fit the time either. In general, if your tour is 50-60 per person with a flight, then there is definitely nothing more expensive to do here, as well as in general in Fujairah itself. Very boring

I stayed at this hotel during the New Year holidays of 2025-2026. The hotel is located far from the sea (about 5 km), the hotel itself resembles a nightclub, and there are a lot of people who want to drink and dance on weekends. I do not recommend relaxing with my family!!!!!I got a room on the 19th floor. The rooms are spacious, the bed linen is clean, the sea view is beautiful, but the windows are dirty, the plumbing needs to be replaced, towels are not changed, they did not give out for the feet, they did not give out bathrobes. Room cleaning is so-so- I found the things of previous vacationers, the carpet is smelly and dirty, the cupboards stink. The sound insulation is poor. At night, the hotel turns into a Pakistani fun club, it's a horror. The food is delicious but monotonous, there is no coffee machine. Personally, I used this hotel only for overnight stays, I was on the road all day, and it probably helped to ignore the above unpleasant sensations.

There are only disadvantages. A broken hair dryer, a kettle, cockroaches, the bathroom is all leaking, dirty towels, 1 pc.per person, and they don't change at all! They practically do not respond to requests. It's just a very tired hotel, with zero service, and a great distance from the sea. I don't recommend it at all!

The entrance is sand, but there are no deck chairs, umbrellas. They don't give out towels for the beach, you need your own. The food at the hotel is good, the watermelons and melons are delicious. The windows do not open in the rooms, the glass is not very clean. One Russian TNT channel. The hotel is very budget friendly, if you go, it's cheap.

It doesn't look like a 4*. The rooms are tired, everything is broken, dirty. Cleaning is done in a snap and only in the visible area, the bed is made and the trash is taken out. We had someone's used disposable slippers in our closet. The iron on the floor does not iron at all... Towel 1 per room, they asked for each, they brought it, but they never changed it all the time. They don't respond to requests, I didn't wait for toilet paper, I bought it myself. The transfer to and from the beach is a separate song, the schedule that is written in your welcome list can be thrown out and forgotten, the transfer arrives as he wants or does not arrive at all. And the girl at the reception in broken Indian-English will tell you that you're a fool yourself, like you're late.... Breakfast is tolerable, you can eat. To summarize, don't set foot in this hotel anymore. In March, we lived in a 4* Novotel across the street, it's heaven and earth. It's a pity that the Novotel is undergoing renovation....
