The aphigenic complex. I lived there. 2 swimming pools , hammam, sauna, parking , everything is included in the rental price. Not far from the center, 1 bus stop to Burj Khalifa. Very nice views from the 19th floor, there is also a billiard table. There is also a park nearby where you can walk, play paddle, lawn tennis and a minigolf.
