I flew to Uzbekistan in August 2024. Very beautiful planes, excellent and polite staff. The interior is very clean and beautiful, and the most I liked about the seats is that there are TVs on each. While I was watching a movie and didn 't notice how we had already arrived . They were well fed and watered .

We arrived at the ticket office to change the ticket. It was June 24, 2024. We were with a one-year-old child. They took a number. We went to the cash register #16. The woman was sitting and picking at her phone. She turned us down with words, "there are a lot of free cash registers, go look for another one. We went to the cashier #1. Solving our question, 3 employees changed. No longer because of ignorance of their work.
The woman from the ticket office #3 started being rude and saying things that hurt the honor of our country and that we should not come to Uzbekistan.
It is a pity that we have to deal with such people

It was my favorite airline, but years later everything was ruined ((now it's not NAC, but AO....and that changes everything! The service is terrible, they added some express trains to Moscow, without hot food and drinks, without wifi, for 4-5 hours of flight one sandwich and a glass of water (tea) and that's it!!!!

The company is completely zero. There is no attitude of representatives towards passengers. The flight was delayed, no one from the airline even went out to the passengers. They called all authorities so that at least someone would come up and explain what was going on , but to no avail. It is not a lordly thing to talk to slaves, I would like to wish to learn to respect passengers. And the whole airline has the same attitude as you have towards your passengers.

НЕДОСТАТКИ:
старые самолеты, некомфортно, хамство бортпроводниц
Не так давно случилась у меня командировка в славный город Ташкент. Самый быстрый и простой вариант добраться туда из Петербурга предлагала авиакомпания Узбекистон Хаво Йуллари, они же Uzvbekistan Airlines. Раньше с этим авиаперевозчиком я не летала, и совсем не знала чего ожидать.
Началось все так себе - я потратила час, пытаясь понять, где же электронная регистрация на рейс и недоумевая, когда я успела так резко поглупеть. Все оказалось просто - ее нет, имейте в виду и не тратьте время. Из положительного - есть возможность заранее выбрать место в самолете, это можно сделать онлайн, но такая опция закрывается ровно за 24 часа до вылета. Места есть как платные, так и бесплатные.
Путь "туда" проходил на оооочень стареньком самолете, ощущения были не лучшие. Отдельно "порадовало" полное отсутствие места под передним сидением - я просто не смогла убрать туда рюкзак (никогда такого со мной не случалось). В итоге, рюкзак я худо-бедно затолкала, но полет прошел в положении "упрись коленками в подбородок".
В салоне весь перелет творился какой-то хаос и бардак, но не знаю, насколько можно в этом винить авиакомпанию. Покормили нормально (очень много еды!!!). Долетели, в целом, мягко, за что большое спасибо, тк все-таки еда и обслуживание стоят на втором месте.
Путь обратно тоже начался с сюрприза - сотрудники авиакомпании придумали закрывать регистрацию за час, а не за сорок минут до вылета, как это прописано в правилах, поэтому мы еле успели. Самолет был получше, поновее и с бортовой системой развлечений, кормили отвратительно (пожалуйста, пожалуйста, не складывается консервированные ананасы вместе с колбасой), бортпроводницы откровенно хамили, повышали голос на людей итд. Долетели, тем не менее, опять же мягко и спокойно.
Резюме тут такое - никакого суперкомфорта (да и просто комфорта) ожидать от Узбекских авиалиний не стоит, но с задачей "добраться из точки а в точку б" они справляются.

На мой взгляд- самая лучшая авиакомпания! Не высокие цены на перелет, наилучшее обслуживание, вкусный, а главное сытный обед во время полета, таким не каждая компания может похвастаться.

Отвратительно! По вине нашего нац. перевозчка потерял 2 дня отпуска., потому что отменили рейс Самарканд-Казань. Плюс ко всему отказались от полной компенсации билетов за отказ от рейса Ташкент-Самарканд, который оказался ненужным.
