This is the best airline I've ever flown. They are very sensitive and attentive to each passenger, because of my height I cannot sit in the usual seats, so I buy what I need right away, by the way, not everyone has such a service. I recently made a mistake and took the wrong one, contacted support and they changed me to a place convenient for my 2 meters. We flew from Tashkent to Moscow. I liked the fact that passengers with children are treated warmly, it starts from boarding the plane. A green corridor has been created, that is, we are passing through first - I think it would be nice for other airlines to do the same! Because , as usual , all queues are hard to stand with children and no one will miss… They gave children's kits on the plane itself and the children had something to do. Then I considered good food a plus- no more walking around with a trolley and an offer to buy, like we do. Everything is included in the price, first they gave juices and water, then dinner, and then coffee and tea. I was satisfied!

Since an error occurs when contacting the site, I leave a complaint here.: On 02/15/2026, I was a passenger on Uzbekistan Airways flight HY 9671 en route Tashkent – Nizhny Novgorod. Due to the closure of Nizhny Novgorod Airport, the flight was redirected to Moscow, Vnukovo Airport. Passengers were without proper service at Vnukovo Airport for about 10 hours — from 21:30 on 02/15/2026 to 07:30 on 02/16/2026. During the entire waiting time, airline representatives did not provide passengers with reliable and timely information. The departure time to Nizhny Novgorod was postponed first every 15-20 minutes, then every hour. No explanation was given to the passengers: 1. Reasons for further delays and estimated departure time; 2. The possibility of exiting the airport; 3. The possibility of baggage collection; 4. The possibility of independent departure to the destination; 5. The procedure for compensation of expenses incurred during the waiting period. According to paragraphs 99-101 of the Federal Aviation Regulations of the Russian Federation "General Rules for air transportation of Passengers, baggage, cargo and passenger service requirements" (approved by Order of the Ministry of Transport of Russia No. 82 dated 06/28/2007), in case of flight delay, flight cancellation due to adverse meteorological conditions, technical and other reasons, changes in the route of transportation, the carrier is obliged to arrange for The following services are provided to passengers at departure and intermediate points: 1. With a delay of more than 2 hours — soft drinks; 2. With a delay of more than 4 hours, hot meals; 3. If there is a delay of more than 8 hours during the daytime (or more than 6 hours at night) — by hotel accommodation. None of the above was provided to the passengers either during their stay at the airport or on the plane from Moscow to Nizhny Novgorod. Thus, I believe that the airline violated the norms of the current legislation of the Russian Federation governing the rights of passengers during flight delays. During the waiting period, I incurred expenses for food and other necessary services, which is confirmed by the available cash receipts. I beg: 1. Provide an official written response to the incident. 2. Explain the reasons for the failure to provide the services provided by law. 3. Reimburse the expenses incurred. 4. Inform the procedure for receiving compensation. Additionally, I would like to inform you that the relevant complaint has been sent to Rospotrebnadzor and the Federal Air Transport Agency to verify the airline's compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation. I flew to Uzbekistan in August 2024. Very beautiful planes, excellent and polite staff. The interior is very clean and beautiful, and the most I liked about the seats is that there are TVs on each. I liked that they called the airline from Bukhara (there were problems with flights on May 9) and a man answered us! It's impossible to even imagine this in Russia, stupid bots have been answering everywhere for a long time, you can't interrogate the operator and questions are not being resolved. But here they picked up the phone and everyone answered. Flight delays were warned in advance (there were delays on all flights to Russia). We flew well, we are satisfied with everything!

We arrived on 02/08/25 from Phuket to Tashkent in business class. Then we flew to St. Petersburg. We didn't understand what happened, because they met us differently from the way they had sent us a month earlier on the same route: St. Petersburg- Tashkent- Phuket- without any comments. Everything was fine. But this time: 1) They asked to go through the transit zone with everyone, in the order of the general queue; 2) After passing through, we waited a long time for an accompanying person, but we didn't wait. We were offered to walk ourselves to the VIP area 3) on the way to the VIP area, we were stopped, explaining that we could not go there without an escort and offered to go to the common area, not very politely. Something like this. We were very surprised. What's it? The human factor? But it wasn't just one person. Untrained staff? Or is that how it should be? Nevertheless, I would like to express my gratitude to the pilots and flight attendants. They served us politely, culturally and quickly. And the pilots landed the plane very gently! I bought tickets for a certain type of aircraft. On the day of departure, the plane was replaced with an old steamed one, and the flight was also delayed. The seats on the plane weren't working, and the multimedia system in my seat wasn't working either. The flight attendants are completely incompetent and do not even have a basic understanding of the service, believing that their only duty is to feed. Even my request not to be disturbed until the end of the flight was not fulfilled the first time. I used to fly with this airline a lot, but there is a setback, alas. Not another foot. The update. The plane was also replaced with an old one, it is impossible to register in a human way, they work unprofessionally at the contact center. Horror

The last time I flew (2025)The plane was not completely clean! Of the 5 toilets, only 2 were working, which is extremely inconvenient for how many passengers and with children! I bought a separate seat for $50, but despite this, my hand luggage space was occupied by other people. The level of service is not entirely satisfactory!

The company is completely zero. There is no attitude of representatives towards passengers. The flight was delayed, no one from the airline even went out to the passengers. They called all authorities so that at least someone would come up and explain what was going on , but to no avail. It is not a lordly thing to talk to slaves, I would like to wish to learn to respect passengers. And the whole airline has the same attitude as you have towards your passengers.

I did not expect from the word at all that there is such a gorgeous airline in Uzbekistan. Brand new or almost new Boeing and Airbus planes with great service and delicious food. The flight was from Sochi to Tashkent to New York and back. Everything was top notch.

We boarded the plane and announced it for technical reasons . We are delayed for as long as no one has said without a clue .. We've been waiting for 2.5 hours.. It's not clear exactly yet.. It was my favorite airline, but years later everything was ruined ((now it's not NAC, but AO....and that changes everything! The service is terrible, they added some express trains to Moscow, without hot food and drinks, without wifi, for 4-5 hours of flight one sandwich and a glass of water (tea) and that's it!!!!

The woman was sitting and picking at her phone. She turned us down with words, "there are a lot of free cash registers, go look for another one. We went to the cashier #1. Solving our question, 3 employees changed. No longer because of ignorance of their work. The woman from the ticket office #3 started being rude and saying things that hurt the honor of our country and that we should not come to Uzbekistan. ADVANTAGES: punctuality DISADVANTAGES: old planes, uncomfortable, rudeness of flight attendants Not so long ago, I had a business trip to the glorious city of Tashkent. The fastest and easiest way to get there from St. Petersburg was offered by Uzbekistan Airways, aka Uzbekistan Airlines. I had never flown with this airline before, and I didn't know what to expect at all. It all started so-so - I spent an hour trying to figure out where the electronic check-in was and wondering when I managed to get so stupid so abruptly. Everything turned out to be simple - she is not there, keep in mind and do not waste time. On the positive side, it is possible to pre-select a seat on the plane, this can be done online, but this option closes exactly 24 hours before departure. There are both paid and free places. The way "there" took place on a sooooo old plane, the sensations were not the best. Separately, I was "pleased" by the complete lack of space under the front seat - I just couldn't put my backpack there (this has never happened to me). As a result, I somehow stuffed the backpack, but the flight took place in the "rest your knees on your chin" position. There was some kind of chaos and mess in the cabin the whole flight, but I don't know how much you can blame the airline for this. We were fed normally (a lot of food!!!). We flew, in general, gently, for which many thanks, because after all, food and service are in second place. The way back also started with a surprise - the airline staff came up with the idea to close the check-in an hour, and not forty minutes before departure, as prescribed in the rules, so we barely made it. The plane was better, newer and with an on-board entertainment system, the food was disgusting (please, please, canned pineapples do not add up with sausage), the flight attendants were openly rude, raised their voices at people, etc. We flew, however, again gently and calmly. The summary here is that you should not expect any super discomfort (and just comfort) from Uzbek Airlines, but they cope with the task of "getting from point a to point b". Year of visit: 2019
