I thank the Housing Balance for my 3-room apartment in Minsk, although it seemed unrealistic to me before)

+ individual payments are selected, even taking into account the rented apartment

+ the information is publicly available, you can read the documents, study everything thoroughly
The method is real and accessible to everyone. The main thing is to understand the conditions! Thanks to the experts for their willingness to help, for their patience in explaining, and for answering multiple questions.

If there were any doubts, then after talking with friends who bought an apartment a year ago through the Housing Balance, and an individual consultation, there was no doubt left and we signed a contract.
