A white jacket was being cleaned. The process itself took 5 business days. As a result, some of the pollution was not removed. At the same time, a number of the same type of pollution were removed. On the plus side, the usual dirt from the sleeves, near the lock, was completely washed off. There was a feeling that there was no point in making claims, and the solution to all claims issues would work only through the competent authorities. There are a lot of clauses in the contract, some of which obviously violate consumer rights, such as the fact that various types of pollution may not be cleaned, that the insulation may get lost, the color may get lost, and the fittings may fall off. Question: why such a service? We think we're lucky that the thing wasn't ruined at least. But they didn't dare to leave the work to be redone.
