I don't know, maybe the impression will deteriorate further, but the first impression is positive. There are no queues, friendly staff, everything was clearly explained and shown how to use the application. Favorable exchange rates for currency exchange. To be fair, I note that the procedure for updating passport data was lengthy, obviously not because the girl was stupid, but because they were waiting for something with her. I think the app was stupid. But, as I wrote, the office is empty and it's at 18-10 on a weekday!
