We are resting from September 29, 2022. The picture is beautiful. But! ❌I haven't even seen such bed linen in 3 stars - everything is gray, in pellets. It's really disgusting to go to bed. The first night I put a towel on my pillow. In the morning I caught the cleaner, gave him $ 2 and asked him to replace it. Replaced, pillowcases without spools, but still gray. I can't relax, the feeling of disgust does not give. I dream of returning home and sleeping on clean underwear.
The food also leaves much to be desired. Everything is monotonous and really not tasty.

We rested from July 17 to July 24, 2022. The pillows are all in lumps, the bed linen is synthetic. The curtains are smoky, they have not been spiraled for a long time. There is no shampoo or toothpaste. The employee who carried the suitcases closed our friend on the balcony , because it seemed to him that 2💵 tips were not enough . She couldn't open it herself, because there was no handle on the street side. I had to call for help from the balcony of the vacationers.

The hotel is not 5*, well, 4 at most. We had a rest on January 9-17. It was a third full. There are no complaints about the staff, all well done, from the reception to the night bar). Minus the numbers. The bed linen leaves much to be desired, washed to a gray color. At this time of night, the rooms are cold, there is no additional heating. Everything is OK with nutrition, but this is possible for me, since I prefer vegetables and fruits to meat, and there were enough of them.

I'm writing while I have fresh impressions. Upon arrival, Hurghada made a sad impression, as did the hotel itself. It's empty, the area is covered in dust and sand. But more and more of us tourists arrived, and everything fell into place. The territory was cleaned, the restaurants came to life. Overall impression: a quiet hotel, designed for the Germans. I read reviews - many people write that the decoration and repair are old. Frankly, I didn't understand what the problem was. Yes, you can see that everything is vintage, but this is a natural tree, so to speak. The rooms were large, however, I invested $ 20 in my passport at the reception) for 2 rooms. The view of the courtyard, which is stunningly beautiful. A huge swimming pool, with an island on which one of the bars is located, palm trees. By the way, there are 3 bars, as well as restaurants. One grill bar, one bar with the name tutti-frutti (the accent from the name is clear) and one purely drinks. Restaurants: one is a buffet, always open. And two restaurants operate exactly in the restaurant mode - waiter service, according to the menu. One is Mexican, one is difficult to identify. At lunch - pizza and pasta, I think, more Italian. For dinner, you need to book tables there in advance, there is a paid and free menu. It does not differ in variety, but for those who want restaurant service, you will get everything.
The Internet. Good Wi-Fi in the main building, at the reception. However, in the evening, at 7-8 o'clock, he usually goes to bed, under the influx of those who want to. It's better to choose another time.
Beach. The hotel is on the second line, it takes about 5 minutes to walk to the sea through the neighboring hotel. Absolutely not critical. The beach is sandy, the sea is clean. There is a bar on the beach for both hotels.
The hotel is located in the city, there are many shops nearby. Souvenirs, household items, cigarettes - everything can be bought within walking distance. There are many places where you can pay with a bank card.
And more. Everyone is very friendly. Missed you for 6 years). The guides of Biblio Globus are just sweethearts, they solve any issue in a minute. You can even get cash from a card through their terminal - this is more profitable than an ATM.

We were with my husband from January 16th to 23rd, the appearance of the hotel is 5 *, but the service is weak 3. We heard whose doors did not close in the rooms, our safe did not work for 2 days. In the "restaurant" where everything is included, there is terrible unsanitary conditions, the tables are not wiped when you eat, they sweep the dust with a broom or even better, they try to take your plate away. The dishes are dirty, the food is of the same type, greasy and not tasty. I do not recommend this hotel. Repairs are underway all over the boardwalk. There is no coral reef on the beach for which we all want to go to the red Sea. The whole coast is like a yacht parking lot.

We went to this hotel on December 16 on a 5-day tour, the price is super, the service is excellent, the food is also excellent, the buffet is not tired for 5 days, we constantly added something new, coffee / tea alcohol unlimited all day (I didn't really try alcohol, ordinary canned beer, whiskey, etc. normal, but strongly mixed) the room is spacious, a little worn out, but overall it is still very comfortable
The airport is nearby, but planes do not interfere, the area is not particularly interesting, but there are shops, ATMs, etc., the sea is a 5-minute walk from the hotel, a nice big clean beach, even despite the absence of a coral reef, there were fish)
I recommend it to young couples, those who are going to Egypt for the first time or those who just want to escape into the summer for a week and relax well
