I have been getting gelish manicure at Russian salons for years now. I tried this salon last week and it was absolutely horrible. My gelish peeled off after only one week of getting them done. More to this, my cuticles are still there and are very sensitive till now. I messaged them about the issue, and their response was “we can only fix one nail”.

I strongly do not recommend this salon. It was recorded at 17:30 — they warned about a "small" delay until 17:45, which is generally OK. As a result, they started only at 18:15. Why even accept clients who were so late and make others wait? We did everything hastily in 45 minutes. For the first time, I see that the alignment was done not with a base, but with a colored varnish, before that, a thin layer of gel was applied to the nails with a brush. On some nails, the coating was uneven, and a lint was stuck on one nail under the varnish. I didn't have the strength to swear anymore, and the staff didn't even try to compensate for the huge delay. At the same time, the salon provides a "VIP manicure" service. I don't recommend it to anyone

I want to leave the most honest feedback about the quality of services in your salon. I am extremely disappointed with the level of professionalism of the craftsmen and the attitude towards the client. The main question for the owners is: HOW CAN SO MANY POOR CRAFTSMEN WORK IN ONE SALON? 1. The hair stylist (male) HAS absolutely NO BASIC SKILLS!!!!! I asked for a high ponytail after shampooing. I explained 20 times that you can't spray your hair so often, otherwise it gets dirty!The master ignored the requests and continued to use excessive amounts of funds.How did I have to explain it to him so that he would HEAR ME? She left dissatisfied with the service. 2. The manicure situation is puzzling. I had a jacket a month ago. Then I made a black coating for you. In another salon, the master is laughing (there is a video)telling me what color nails I had BEFORE. ON A DIRTY NAIL PLATE. I suggest that the staff undergo an ophthalmological examination. 3. I clearly asked for BLACK. Due to poor lighting in the salon or the inattention of the master, the pedicure was done in dark blue, which was immediately noticeable in daylight. How can you work with color without making sure that the shade matches? ARE YOUR MASTERS BLIND???? 4. I would like to thank the makeup artist's girlfriend separately, her work has always been neat, professional and responsible. She did her makeup beautifully, she heard me and my wishes. 5. I have always treated the craftsmen with respect, left tips and recommended the salon to my friends. Up to a certain point. The last straw was today's visit to another salon and the laughter of the master, who told me about the history of my flowers on the nail plate. Thanks! I wrote everything in FACT.
