They require money for giving requests. Also kassa is also requires extra money for payments. Also, no women stuff to take photo of girls. They make girls to wear of hijab but thers is no women staff.

I contact the department only for registration issues. Despite the queues, they do everything pretty quickly, the employees at the checkout prompt and help. The staff responsible for registration are also ready to help if necessary. There is a queue for coupons, although there are no electronic displays.

From time to time, the device for issuing an electronic queue, computers and the network stop working, and confusion begins. Employees do not even try to organize order, calm citizens arguing with each other about the queue, communicate with citizens rudely, sometimes with "you", which should not be allowed in state institutions. Only two employees have been allocated to issue the ID card, which now replaces the passport of a citizen of the country. And they come to get a passport, someone for the first time, someone to replace.

Service zero such rude attitude towards a citizen is a horror in general! By the way, the staff there decides in which language to communicate with them, they say, everyone is required to communicate in Uzbek! What is it anyway? It's like they're being held by force! There are coupons for the electronic queue, but no one uses them. When you receive a ticket, you don't even understand where you need to go, there is no scoreboard in the electronic queue anywhere. I was sent here to do PINFL. When we arrived here, we were sent to the 18th office. In the 18th office itself, a man was saying something in Uzbek, but he did not explain whether I needed to go to him or not. As a result, I decided to walk around the offices to find out exactly if I need to be 18. Everyone was sent there anyway. After 2 hours in the queue at the 18th office, another employee said that pinfl was being done in another building altogether. Indescribable emotions that I cannot express here. But I really hope that this review will help someone. PINFL NEEDS TO BE DONE AT THE MFC!!

They applied for a passport replacement, but the application form is fast, then they call you in 3 days (for photos and prints) and then the most interesting thing began: they submitted on 01/20/2020 and received on 02/15/2020, do not expect to get a passport quickly.
