The hotel is very tired. Repairs have not been done for a long time, plumbing is running, the shower is dirty. There are not that few outlets in the room, only one and that one is somewhere at the feet, if there was an extension cord it would still be normal, and so the phone and other gadgets had to be charged alternately and at the same time put them on the floor or on the bed. Room cleaning is also weak, the bed is not made at all. Breakfasts are meager and there are few of them, you will oversleep a little and you will remain hungry. In general, next time I will look for something else. I give 0 points to the hotel as a whole. I added 1 star to the girls from the reception and the guard, they are really good, they try to please the customers.

We celebrated the year of the child there, probably the most pleasant institution for a child, I put 3 * because firstly there is no security, secondly the unoccupied territory is free for small children and adults to pass, although parents should look after the small ones, the stream is not fenced. Eternal repair. It's already scary at the hotel, the lobby resembles a storage shed. There are also these columns in the middle.
The service for 1* barely pulls. The waiters are not trained, there is practically no admin. When the banquet is served, no one is invited, no one moves, serves himself.

The area has been very dirty lately. The sun beds are broken, no one repairs them. The numbering of the sunbeds is randomly put down. There is a very unfriendly young man at the entrance. He's not smiling. I really didn't like that the bags were being searched.

In general, there are two feelings…the spa itself is a little outdated in terms of renovation, dark, basement. We were in the cafe of this complex. All the dishes were brought cold. The kebab is cold, the cheese sticks are generally with ice inside. Boiled mantas are even more or less. Fried ones don't taste good at all. No sauce was given.
One of the advantages is a well-groomed, clean, beautiful territory.
