A forty-storey hotel with spacious apartments with high ceilings. Gorgeous view from the 30th floor of the city and the bay. There are high-speed elevators in sufficient quantity. Friendly staff.
Daily room cleaning. But there was a misunderstanding with the cleaning. The arrival of the cleaning coincided with our lunch and afternoon rest. However, everything was resolved the second time.
The hotel has a small outdoor pool with warm water, a gym. They give you beach towels to take away.
There is only one minus. There is no short passage to the sea. It takes about 25 minutes to walk to the nearest beach. Or drive yourself by transport to another beach.

We stayed at this hotel from November 8 to November 16, 2024. A wonderful hotel. Of course, the staff is not Russian-speaking, but they explain everything well, they are not intrusive. The room was cleaned every day, bed linen and towels were changed every day. They brought water, coffee, and sugar. I liked everything very much!!!
Of the cons: there is a construction site nearby, but this is understandable, because it is almost everywhere and not very good water pressure

A cool hotel, the room is spacious, there is a kitchen, I cooked various goodies myself , tea , coffee , sugar, fresh bed linen , towels , cleaning every day!
There is a gym and a swimming pool 👍
The staff is very friendly, we understood everything, although we do not speak the language!
10 minutes to the beach with 2 children 😅
Dubai Marina is generally a cool location , I recommend it 100%.
