The location is quite comfortable, within walking distance of the metro and the beach. In comfortable weather, it's even a pleasure to take a walk. It is better not to take breakfast, they are disgusting to put it mildly. Each room has equipped kitchens. Heated swimming pool. Cleaning every day for a strong 4. We were in this apartment 2 times, it is better to take the upper floors, the view of the Marina will be magnificent.

Wonderful hotel, daily cleaning, clean towels and drinking water, bathrobes, slippers, shampoo, shower gel, toothpaste, tea, coffee, in-room dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine and kettle, refrigerator and ironing board with iron, microwave and gas oven, clothes dryer, everything, what you need for a comfortable stay. Balcony, windows open for ventilation, air conditioning in every room. Friendly staff.

Courtesy and customer orientation of the staff and management of the hotel at the highest level. If you have any problems, tell us about them at the reception. They will not leave you without attention, they will try to help and make you happy. The apartments are not new, but they maintain order and cleanliness. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is there. Not a bad gym, but I didn't have enough exercise equipment for the press and mats for stretching. Not critical. Clean, cozy pool area with warm water. There is a representative of a travel agency in the hotel. Organized a fishing trip for us. We were very satisfied. We stayed here for a month. I can safely recommend these apartments for a long and cozy stay.

Normal Apparts if you are vacationing with a family and not alone. I'll start with the minuses by walking to the sea / beach 10-15 minutes, despite the fact that the sea and the beach are directly visible, but it will not work to go through other people's hotels. Only sideways towards the Rixos, the pool is just ridiculous, a selection of norms. I was surprised by the lack of breakfast on the ground floor, either repairs or laziness to cook for them. Well, the cherry is a minus, a huge house was started to be built next to Barcelona, so the dust is a construction site, noise, etc. Pros fresh renovation, equipped kitchen, attentive staff, the price is acceptable for the Marina as a whole.

Rested here recently.
Checked in on arrival at 11.00
They asked for a high floor.
Dali 29 with a view of the mosque.
There is a construction going on, but you can't hear it at all. The mosque is audible, but it adds more color.
The rooms are simply chic.
Cleaning every day is at the highest level. They don't know Russian. But through the translator, everyone understands. It's 20 minutes to the sea, you can't get there faster.
I put it at the hotel 10 out of 10.

A wonderful hotel of the "apartment" type. Excellent large apartments, beautiful views (well, who is lucky enough to live on the 17th floor and above with a sea view). Food is not included, but there is a kitchen with a gas stove, refrigerator, washing machine, iron. Excellent high-speed WiFi, change of linen, towels, bathrobes every day. Very clean, constant cleaning. There are food shops nearby, but they are "not very". There is a good grocery store in the next house, you won't understand from the street, it is located behind dark doors. In general, if they offer to stay there, then do not refuse. It takes about 25 minutes to walk to the sea. Access to the beach at the Hilton Hotel. There is before, near a house under construction, but there is almost a construction site to walk on. In general, I've seen different hotels, but I really liked this one. I definitely recommend it.

I really liked everything, clean linen, room, view from the window, the area is very nice, but not cheap. Plumbing is working.The room is a little tired, but clean. The mattresses are good, the pillows are soft for me personally. The metro is a 10-minute walk away. Minus - the construction site under the windows.

Great big and clean apartment. Polite staff, quickly responded to requests, for example, a microwave was needed-they brought a new one in 5 minutes. Some little things were brought just as quickly. Good location on the Marina, grocery store downstairs, near the strait, on the other side of the sea (walk 10-15 minutes at a slow pace). We will be happy to come back again.

Cozy hotel. The room we have for two is gorgeous. Two bathrooms. The view from the room to the sea and the canal. Very beautiful. Daily room cleaning has everything. We cooked more by ourselves. Shops are all nearby. Quite an acceptable price for products. There is a washing machine. Since the sea is very salty, it was by the way. The sea is within walking distance. 15 minutes walk. There are a lot of cafes nearby. Everyone is friendly. On the way to the sea there is a sign for currency exchange. They didn't change it at the airport. And the exchange turned out to be a very favorable rate. 5 minutes to the metro and tram. Before the trip, I found the hotel on Facebook. I asked for interesting points. They answered. We communicated in Russian.

I didn't like it. The apartment is not bad. But in one of the bedrooms there was a strong smell of smoking. Apparently they were smoking somewhere and the smell got into the bedroom. There is practically no territory. A small pool and everything))
Is suitable for a couple of nights to spend the night.
For a rest for a week or more- no.
