I had a negative experience with property insurance in Belrosstrakh (the contract was for an insured amount of several hundred thousand dollars). In a private house, a gas grill on the terrace caught fire, and the fire damaged part of the decoration. Belrosstrakh completely refused to pay compensation, explaining this as the reason that I was to blame and violated fire safety standards. With this review, I want to warn you that home insurance is not equal to hard hat car insurance, and in the event of an emergency or an accident caused by, for example, faulty equipment, you may be refused payment.
