The hotel is a little old, although it seems beautiful. But there are no 5 stars at all, of the 5 stars there is only a view of the Bosphorus, and then only in the suites. The room is old and I don't think it's very tidy, the bed is uncomfortable, everything hurt after the night. The viewports are not washed from the word at all, but also with limiters for opening…(this is a joke), but a couple of screws are unscrewed freely. No bathrobe, no supplies, barely settled in, waited 1.5 hours. It's good that we were there for 1 day
