One of the best hotels in the city center. We came here to drink my favorite coffee. The real advantage of this hotel is its staff, especially the staff at the Amber Cafe in the lobby: Layla, Shira and Marjorie. They are very attentive, friendly, helpful and always ready to help. It is clear that they really love their work. This is a great place, besides it is connected to the Dubai Mall, which is very convenient for everyone. Top class!

Renovated hotel, courteous staff. Great delicious breakfasts! A huge chilled pool, even at +37 it is comfortable in it.

A very cool hotel.A cozy atmosphere.It is located right in the Dubai mall. the hotel has its own entrance to the shopping center and you do not need to go outside, which is very convenient. The staff is gorgeous, you will be offered water and frozen by the pool. The rooms are good. Everything is very good!!

We did not like the breakfasts, not varied, from the word at all And at dinner with "breakfast and dinner included" the same menu every day. Not the menu, but the dishes. So you eat the same thing for dinner every day. And it takes a sooo long time to carry everything. We are waiting for dessert for 35-40 minutes ((with children. When it's time for them to go to bed(( The dinner that we have included for 4 comes out at prices of 25-30 thousand: 2 salads, 2 soups, salmon steak, 2 chicken kebabs, 4 juices))
