Pidem Food court, MarkAntalya shopping center Antalya, Turkey The first evening in Antalya, a walk through the center and a stop at the MarkAntalya shopping center is a lively, noisy place with a large food court, where there are equally many tourists and locals. From the very beginning of my vacation, I made a rule for myself — to eat only local cuisine. Therefore, the choice fell on pide, a Turkish flatbread in the shape of a boat with a filling. I placed the order at Pidem, a large Turkish chain specializing specifically in pida. The waiting time is about 8-10 minutes. The portion is large, the price is adequate. To taste: — the filling is juicy, well seasoned — the dough is soft, not dry, pleasant to chew — the dish is satisfying, but without heaviness The impression turned out to be so positive that we later tried pide on the same network, but in a different area. And there the taste and quality turned out to be at the same level. For a network project, this is a rarity and a big plus is stability, regardless of the point and shift. Result: Pidem is a great option if you want an inexpensive, satisfying and understandable Turkish meal without the risk of disappointment. I strongly recommend it.
