Some kind of strange registry office
As a rule, there is a lot of fuss around such buildings all the time
I live right next to this Registry office and I don't see any limousines or wedding dresses or anything like that.
It feels like no one in the Bektemir district is getting married (officially)
I've been living nearby for a year and a half and still can't figure it out. It works at all.
