Özlem Hanım and my son have 1. Our paths crossed during the start of the class. My son couldn't make out the letters L-Sh-F-R-Y-Z. Although the fact that there are a lot of letters scares us at first, we completed the process very successfully thanks to Özlem's solution-oriented attitude, interest and relevance.
