Support service. I didn 't bring any clarity . The answer is all the details from the airline, well, if we were ready to communicate with Chinese airlines, we would probably take a ticket from them. We bought tickets here for the first and last time.

I do not recommend contacting this agency. When making a refund of tickets and funds, the issue is delayed indefinitely, the operators are not able to answer any questions, they cannot reach the higher management, no matter what requests you send. If you encounter a similar situation, contact the court immediately, do not spoil your nerves.

I was very disappointed, I bought a ticket with an exchange, when exchanging, I was billed for an additional payment twice the cost of this ticket (which I change for) in their aggregator, i.e. the exchange is the payment of three prices. It's unpleasant, I don't even know what style of business it is. Comments on the exchange price are not given, they are sent to the air carrier or advised to buy a new ticket.
