Not a bad hotel . Friendly staff, daily cleaning to perfect cleanliness.
The breakfasts are not bad, everything is there. Cereals , eggs , vegetables , fruits , coffee , juices , etc.
To the Marina , 20 minutes by taxi and Palm Trees , also , 20-25 .
The city beach is 40 minutes on foot , 10 minutes by car.
The hotel also has a swimming pool. But I've never gone up there. Wi-Fi works perfectly throughout the hotel. .

The breakfasts are at a good level, a varied buffet. Despite the fact that the windows overlooked a busy intersection of roads, the room was completely silent. The staff is helpful and friendly. Cleaning is done efficiently and every day. It is located next to the metro station. By taxi to Al Maktoum Airport, 20-30 minutes and 100-140 dirhams, depending on the time of day. Overall, I liked everything. I recommend it!!!

I liked the hotel. Quite cozy. The staff is friendly. The breakfasts are delicious. The room was quiet. There is a metro station within walking distance. The beach is a 40-minute walk away. But we were happy to go for a walk. Good price-quality ratio.

Overall, a very nice hotel. I don't give five stars just because 5 stars are given to the "Ideal hotel".
Good service, comfortable rooms, which have everything you need. From the hotel, you can walk for half an hour to a very decent free city beach, which is located to the right of the Parus hotel.
The food is not bad, but other hotels had more types of dishes.
There is a swimming pool, but it is open from 9 to 19, and I would like from 7 or 8 to 22:00. There is a sauna, you need to ask in advance to prepare it for visiting.
Not far from the hotel there are several places where you can eat, there are cheaper, there are more expensive, but there are not many places.
Near the metro, the nearest station is 900 meters.
I had a balcony in my room, it offers a view of the highway in front of the hotel, on the left you can see Burjhalifa, on the right the high-rises of Dubai Marina. It's a little noisy with the tank. In a room without a balcony, it's a little quieter ...

We stayed at this hotel in February 2023. Nice big hotel. The room had a balcony. A huge bed. All accessories are available. On the roof of the hotel there is a swimming pool with a view of the sail and the Ferris wheel. Gym. Sauna. The breakfast is delicious and varied. Lots of dishes with beans and sauces.
The location of the hotel is very convenient for independent movement around the city by metro. Equiti Metro Station is 9-10 minutes on foot. There are three stops to Dubai Mall. A gas station and McDonald's are open around the clock near the hotel. In the evenings, noise is heard from the restaurant. It was heard the first night. Then , after walking up , they slept without hearing anything 😁

Super hotel. Clean, beautiful, delicious restaurant at the hotels and nearby Turkish restaurant, which everyone is obliged to visit. The rooms are cleaned on time, there is a good rooftop pool, BUT you can't swim in the morning, it opens very late.

I like its location: near a good Lebanese restaurant Alsafadi, across the street McDonald's and a gas station, five minutes Waitrose (a la "ABC of Taste") and Friends Avenue cafe there, if you stomp 25 minutes - a budget Unicoop hypermarket and currency exchange. Alzerkal and Mall of Emirates are 2 km away.
About the hotel itself: the main thing is not to get a room in the wing where the Iranian restaurant is: music every day until 3 am.

Not a bad hotel, you can live. Friendly staff, rooms are fresh. There is a swimming pool on the roof. It takes about half an hour to walk to the sea - it's a long way, especially in the heat. Taxis are constantly parked outside the hotel. Breakfast is more or less, but I would not advise to eat constantly - a monotonous Italian menu.
