Not a 4-Star Hotel—More Like a 24/7 Nightclub If you're seeking rest or professionalism, avoid this place at all costs. It's 2 AM, and deafening music is blasting throughout the entire hotel. Complaints are met with indifference; staff casually inform you that the music will continue until 3 AM—every single night, including weekdays. This isn't hospitality; it's a blatant disregard for guests.

We stayed at the luxury hotel for 5 days from 3.12.2025 to 9.12.2025. I was vacationing with my wife, for a room with breakfast 33 thousand, it's just some kind of incredible exercise of generosity. The rooms are clean, modern, and I had a 6th room with 2 bathrooms, a shower and a bathtub to choose from. All accessories, large TV, cupboards, ironing board, coffee, tea, water. The furniture has signs of wear, but this does not affect comfort, the room is very cozy and comfortable, with a view of Burj Alarab, quiet, as the windows overlook the other side of the road. There were breakfasts, quite decent, but I go to bed late and usually don't get to breakfast, but there is a business lunch in the restaurant, the first, second, and third for 55 dirhams, very tasty, and there is plenty to choose from. All the staff is friendly, cleaning every day, towels, slippers, tea, coffee and water are provided, everything is updated. The hotel has a bar, a sauna and a pool. Beer at the hotel costs 60 dirhams, I advise you to take alcohol on arrival at the dutik. Overall, I am very satisfied with the hotel and the service, and I will be happy to return here.

Excellent location , 10 minutes walk to the metro , 30 minutes to the beach , 4 restaurants nearby , 13 minutes walk to a supermarket , local inexpensive cafes . The rooms are good, the cleaning is done every day, I recommend taking a view of the courtyard. The breakfasts were excellent

It 's a shame to get stuck for 5 days and still spend an hour on it !!!! Of all the tours in Dubai, this is the worst. The rooms are as old as the hotel itself. The location is terrible, the food is terrible, the rooms are terrible!!! In general, do not spoil your vacation and do not come here. It will be a disappointment and a waste of time and money... my holidays are overshadowed.... I'm disenchanted.

Not a bad hotel . Friendly staff, daily cleaning to perfect cleanliness. The breakfasts are not bad, everything is there. Cereals , eggs , vegetables , fruits , coffee , juices , etc. To the Marina , 20 minutes by taxi and Palm Trees , also , 20-25 . The city beach is 40 minutes on foot , 10 minutes by car. The hotel also has a swimming pool. But I've never gone up there. Wi-Fi works perfectly throughout the hotel. .

The hotel is designed more for business travelers. Previously, I used to stay there periodically when traveling on business trips. Not far from the metro - 1 km, the "central" location is relative to different locations in Dubai, where you may need to get to. What attracts me for a beach holiday is the proximity to my favorite Kite beach, 5 minutes by taxi, depending on the route - 16-30 dirhams; as well as the affordable cost of living. The rooms are standard, clean, and equipped. The breakfasts are European, uniform, perfect for my taste - not overwhelmed with food, but at the same time there is everything you need. There is a bus to the beach and the shopping center, but the schedule is not the most convenient, rather it is easier to get there on your own.

On the roof of the hotel there is a swimming pool with a view of the sail and the Ferris wheel. Gym. Sauna. The breakfast is delicious and varied. Lots of dishes with beans and sauces. The location is convenient, 10-15 minutes to the metro, 40-50 minutes on foot to the beach. It takes about 10 minutes by taxi. There's a McDonald's nearby. On the plus side, we were checked in at 12:30 (ahead of check-in time). But they gave me a ground floor and a view of the bushes and pebbles in the courtyard. We packed up, went on an excursion to the desert, returned at 1 a.m. and what was our surprise when we entered the room and the walls were shaking from the noise of music and bass! It turns out that they have some kind of talent contest in the restaurant until 3 a.m. And our room is located almost above it. Of course, no one warned us about this. I had to pack my things and move to a room in another wing at one-thirty in the morning. The new room turned out to have a view of the road. It's a little noisy, but compared to the "nightclub" it's a breeze. We never received any apologies or compliments. Breakfast on the date of April 13 cost 55 dirhams, not bad, you will not stay hungry.but after that, if you go to a restaurant for a regular cappuccino in a bar, you will be charged 23 dirhams, and to be honest, it's disgusting. It's better to get it at a Starbucks for that price. The cleaning is good, every day. The pool opens late (at 9 a.m.). The air conditioner was blowing hard in the gym, I was afraid it would blow. The Wi-Fi is slow. I was surprised that there was a translucent wall from the bathroom to the room. We were on a trip with a friend and didn't really appreciate this "feature". If one person is in the shower, the other will sleep "with the light" from the toilet. I won't come back a second time. There are more comfortable vacation options in Dubai
