I visited the shawarma "Delicious kebab" on Yana Checheta and was absolutely delighted! The shawarma here really lives up to the name - incredibly juicy, fresh and very tasty. The meat is perfectly fried, the vegetables are crispy, the sauce is moderately rich – it feels like they are being prepared with love and care for every customer. The service is also top-notch: the guys are always friendly, smiling and quick to assemble the order. The atmosphere is cozy, clean and pleasant to be in. Now this is my favorite place for a delicious snack – I advise everyone who wants to try a really high-quality shawarma in Minsk. 🔥

The only thing you can "get to the bottom of" is that it cools down during delivery :( But sometimes they overdo it with the sauce, it's more like my wishlist, I don't like too much sauce. I made an order on the website late in the evening, choosing the largest spicy kebab with a lot of additives (I am a fan of various combinations of flavors). I was wondering what could come of it, and in the end I wasn't the least bit disappointed. The staff were extremely friendly, the order was made on time (it was still hot and just in time for what was indicated on the website). Everything tasted great, just like I wanted it to. I visited this institution twice , with a friend . I always take the "classic " one . The first time was very mayonnaise for me, but my friend liked it. Photo from the second time. Delicious ordinary shawarma without wow effect. The meat and vegetables are fresh, the sauce is incomprehensible . The whole taste is set by vegetables and pickled cucumber . The staff is polite, the chefs work with gloves and their heads covered. The price is acceptable. 5 stars for a set of opinions . My friend liked it more, but I liked it less.

Previously, they constantly took shawarma at the point on Chachota. It was very tasty - especially the signature sauce was great. But this summer, everything went downhill. We were given a chance several times, but it was constantly getting worse and worse, as if there had been a change in the recipe. Today we tried it for the last time - the signature kebab was terribly sour, like sauce, cucumbers, and vegetables. It was impossible to eat. The last straw was a chicken bone that came across. Spicy is better, but the wow effect did not happen, as it was before. Sadly.

The workers are yelling at themselves, like they're talking. I was really hungry and decided to try my luck and order. When asked if there was a shawarma with cream cheese, the girl at the checkout replied that there was not. Well, that's about it, not and not. But when she added that you can order shawarma with cheese and add bacon, it was a headshot. Don't go there. It has complete unsanitary conditions, very unpleasant, ill-mannered and incompetent staff. And this is an impression without buying food there yet. Awful.

Since the order numbers on the website or in Sms are not provided, I decided to check with the staff. The lady who worked that day (26.10) probably chose the wrong profession. The basic rules of communication between the client and the staff are completely absent. There is so much negative impression from the boorish dialogue and terrible behavior. One unpleasant person is not an indicator of the quality of service and other things. It happens, and I think I won't experience it in the near future. But the shawarma, as always, is just magical.

A separate wish for the management: make a series of recipes where refined sugar in sauces will be replaced with honey. Today it is possible, there is a lot of honey on the wholesale of Belarusian quality, and at a good price. Even the space in the salad bar has replaced all the sugar in the sauces with honey. This is a very serious step that will attract even more customers to you. You will have no equal!

I always take shawarma there, but today I was disappointed. There were no pineapples in the Hawaiian shawarma and Korean carrots were not added (I took an additional fee). I wanted to please my family and bought a shawarma in this place. A lot of oil or fat leaked into the plates, I don't know... Instead of sauce, apparently... The beef shawarma has a lot of hunting sausages, which shouldn't be in the composition, and the chicken with shrimp is just disgusting, there were practically no shrimps there.
