Good place to walk but it's busy all the time

A so-so park: smooth rolling lawns, sparse trees, two playgrounds. There is not much to do, there is no shade here in hot weather. The water has even sadder landscapes. It's good that there are a lot of parking spaces and everything is free. The place was clearly prepared for mass events.
