A normal place, yes dirty walls and old everything, but guys, this is Istanbul, everything is old there, I did not pay attention to the little things and enjoyed the city. The room is great for your money. The location is also good, but it is located at the bottom, so people with sore knees, be on the alert, it's cool to go up and down there. There are a lot of restaurants nearby and grocery stores, trains. The hotel staff is nice, helpful, and speak Russian. In general, the whole area speaks Russian. I had a room, the Windows overlooked the sea, the beauty 🥰 in general, if you are going to walk around the city and immerse yourself in the life of Turkey, then the room is good, and if you want to lie and relax in the room, then the city is a little wrong, you need to take it south. We rested in Istanbul for 5 days, stayed at this hotel. Beautiful for your money. The location is ideal, you can build cool routes from the hotel for every day, there are many mosques and historical attractions nearby. There are many different cafes where you can eat. There are shops, tram stops nearby. The ferry stop is 10 minutes away. And if you walk a little, you can go out to the beautiful embankment. The location is perfect. The rooms are old but clean, cleaned every day, changed towels, paper, etc. The room has everything, safe, air conditioning, refrigerator, TV, hair dryer. You can take an iron at the reception. A very comfortable large bed and overall the room is pretty. The hotel administrators are good young men, they will help you, they will tell you everything, they are friendly) They took only breakfast - not very, sparsely. We walked for two days, the rest of the days we ate in cafes. The hotel is clean to spend the night, clean, convenient, comfortable. I don't see any point in chasing 5* hotels in Istanbul. This one is what you need, I recommend it!!!

Who is waiting for a luxury hotel is not here, the hotel is just for relaxing after visiting all the sights of Istanbul, which are within walking distance, this patch has everything. The rooms are small, but they won't turn around, as I understand it, we still got a decent one, someone complained about ants. There was no sound insulation, there were Arabs and children in the neighborhood, screaming at 23.00, okay, it was 2 days. We had a great view and did not dig enough at sea. Go to breakfast by 8.30, otherwise it won't be there. Towels were changed every day, why only, it would be better to wipe the floor. The essence of the hotel we were in Rene, just to sleep and no more frills there. It is possible to bring your own towels, take them, and they do not give you slippers, we carried everything with us)The staff speaks Russian..as it is, Istanbul is gorgeous!

It's a terrible hotel. Everything is covered in mold.The walls are dirty, there are stains on the curtains, and the bed linen is torn and gray.the photo doesn't match.There is a terrible smell of cat sleigh on the ground floor, as there is a cat with kittens in the basement.At night, someone is constantly walking and talking loudly, a cat meows and there is also a mosque nearby, the call to prayer sounds very loudly.

The main advantages are the location in a quiet corner of the most tourist place in Istanbul among the main historical attractions and the price. The standard room is small but cozy. There is a kettle, a refrigerator, a safe, a wardrobe, a comfortable bed and a balcony overlooking the Marmara Sea. I recommend 3 or 4 floors. They clean so-so, the food is satisfactory (they only took breakfast), the staff is friendly.

The photos are not valid. The hotel is very tired, the furniture is bad. There is nothing in the room: no kettle, no mugs. The three of them were given 3 towels: 2 large and one for their hands. They gave me shampoo and shower gel. There is no elevator, there is no territory of your own either, you go straight outside. There's not even a reception desk, it's in the next building. The only advantage is its location.
