We ordered chairs on December 11 in the salon. They promised to produce it within 60 working days. We waited a long time and patiently, for a month more. The manager never called to warn about the delay and apologize. She didn't even answer our calls, which made us worry, because the prepayment was 50%. We even went to the salon to check if the store was still open. We received the chairs only on April 12. After unpacking the house from dusty cellophane, we were surprised by the pungent smell of mustiness and stains on the ivory pillows... fortunately, the covers are removable... We'll do the laundry. The quality of the workmanship was also not very pleased. Resume: disgusting!
