I've heard a lot about this place since they first opened in Moscow. And then I see they finally opened in Dubai. We decided to try it. The tea is simply delicious, tapioca is not cloying and tastes pleasant unlike other similar places. I took Da Hong Pao milk, I really liked everything about the drink, the texture, the sweetness in moderation, it feels like everything is made from natural ingredients. I also took delivery from this point several times, everything is generally always good. Only when they got a little confused in one order, they made hot tea instead of warm and forgot to put cream, but they quickly settled everything and added the order amount to the loyalty card as an apology. I am very happy every time I receive a Pims delivery home💚
