I don't recommend contacting them, they won't even consider you a person here. We applied for a simple printout of a 75 by 100 banner, a girl with glasses served us, said that they would not have time today, although I arrived at 18:20. I called the next morning, asked her to do the laminate (it's done very quickly so you know), she asked to come at 5 pm. Okay, I think I came in the evening and she gave me a 100 by 100 BANNER, even though I asked for 75 by 100, plus some kind of line appeared on top. I arrived the next day at 11 a.m., they promised to close it, but we waited 4 HOURS!!! For the sake of a regular printout, it's a horror. I DON'T RECOMMEND GOING TO THEM TO ANYONE, they like to take money, and they perform the service as if you were asking them for free. It totally sucks!!!!! Photo attached
