And I would like to emphasize right away that the employee is not to blame for the circumstances, as she and we are all hostages in this situation.She did everything competently and according to the instructions, bringing all the necessary information to the client.But she's just the only one waiting.I visited many branches of this bank, and the closer they opened to me in terms of accessibility, the less comfortable they were.There is a similar situation here.It seems that this shopping center is popular with Minsk residents, but the point itself remembers a narrow corridor, and with an extremely inconvenient work schedule.Yes, I would like to note that the bank does a lot of similar things, like all banks, to simplify things.For example:a lot of things became available online, but unfortunately I had to go personally to the department with my question, and more than once.At first on Saturday, but it turned out to arrive at the beginning of the fifth (although the opening hours are indicated on Yandex until 21.30), and the point is no longer working, then on Monday, where I had to wait "normally".Dear management, please take a closer look at your offices, which are located away from the city center, so that visiting does not leave people uncomfortable.

Waiting 30 minutes to hear that the account has not been closed. There is one customer service specialist and a sales register. The service time of one person is cosmic. Moreover, there is a "Deposit/account opening/closing" service at the terminal that issues coupons!!! Why is it there if the service is not provided in this place? The girl is a nice and polite employee, no complaints about her, but a lot about the organization of work. Although, what to expect from a Russian bank anyway))
