To close an account, you need to contact the bank itself and not at any, but at specific addresses. When I called the bank and clarified this issue, they did not dare to tell me this, I found out only when contacting a branch where they cannot close accounts.
And in addition to this, if you block the card, but do not close the account, then the commission is charged anyway.
I hope to find time again as soon as possible to come and close this "wonderful" account in such a "wonderful" bank.
