I want to say about “premium lounge” service, it’s very small room, 3-7 seats are busy often, and you must stay in queue 😬 what is “premium” in this service?? It’s cost 50 euros.. staffs work slow, and you should wait more than 40 mins for your turn. Awful.

I am very grateful to the staff of the visa application center for their well-coordinated work. All the stages of submitting documents were organized at a good level. I would like to note separately that all the windows were open on the day of my visit, so there was not the slightest queue or delay. The staff was polite and competent, they helped to check the completeness of the documents. Everything went quickly and comfortably.

Specialists don't know how to work. They gave me 30 minutes to fill out the questionnaire , and I arrived in 25 minutes . They told me to either go to the VIP or wait until 17 o'clock . The time is 11:40 a.m.
