It's been a long time since I've been so shocked by the service, or rather never. for the first time in my life I met such rude service. the whole purchase process, the girl communicated very rudely, absolutely did not follow the words and tone. when paying in cash, she saw that she needed change, started snapping and almost shouting at me to pick up my purchase from the counter. there was a couple nearby with whom the employee communicated in the same way that I did, that they were just standing in shock at her behavior. everything is understandable, New Year's holidays, a lot of people, the girl is tired, but this is too much. It's just not appropriate or acceptable for an employee to talk to a client in this way, regardless of their field of activity and location.
