My mom, me, my husband, and a 2.4-year-old child My mother and I had enough food, there was also a choice for a small child, we ate with pleasure. But the husband often did not find what to eat, perhaps for men the choice of food is really small. Next, about the room, my personal opinion is that the room is not comfortable for 4 people. Yes, it's big and there are two rooms. But there's only one bathroom, and it's in the bedroom. Only one person can comfortably sleep in the living room. The child had to sleep with us in a small crib, although he has been sleeping in his room in a large bed for a long time, but there were no other options. In terms of animation, the adult animation is great, the guys are great. But as for the children, it's sadness and sadness. Animators are not interested in working with children at all. They use their phones in the playroom and never approach the children themselves. And a children's disco is generally something, the songs are not suitable for children, an animator who can't even dance indoors in an air conditioner for 20 minutes without drinking water after each dance (this is the first time I've seen animators in such poor physical shape). Great hotel. I don't know which transfer the reviews below are about, but the beach is right next to the hotel in 2 minutes. The food is delicious, there is no great variety, as in Turkey, but everything is very tasty. Animation and staff for 5+, cleaning for 5-, the rooms are gorgeous, there is nowhere to go for the hotel, but excursions and taxis to choose from, anywhere. The hotel will really like its attitude towards the guests. Clean, quiet, delicious (themed dinners on Fridays (see photo). We stayed at this hotel from 11/17/2025 to 11/27/2025. This was our second vacation at this hotel. Previously, we had a rest there in the spring, in April 2025. We believe that this is no longer 5 stars, but 4. We liked it better in the spring, I'll try to tell you briefly.: 1. Cleaning. It was - every day. It became - sometimes cleaning was not carried out and linen and towels were not changed, the cleaner simply did not come. The bed linen was not washed thoroughly, there were stains. 2. The furniture in the room, lobby, and dining room is "worn out" and stained in some places. 3. Ala kart restaurant. There were 2 restaurants and you can visit 1 time each. Therefore, only one of the two can be visited to choose from. 4. The dining room. There was a delicious variety of food, and sometimes they indulged in seafood. There was less variety, seafood not once, low-salted red fish was given once for breakfast. They were "strangled" with fried minced meat and stewed beef tails. Beef (flesh) is impossible to eat, tough, undercooked. Fish is often the simplest, low-cost, and tasteless. Fruits include watermelon, melon, apples, oranges. We only ate watermelon, everything else is sour or tasteless. Tomatoes and cucumbers were not always among the vegetables, and they are somehow unpalatable, like artificial ones. The dining room was packed with additional tables, there was little space, and we had to maneuver with plates in our hands. Themed dinners in the dining room are no longer original. For example, in the "Mexico" style there was minced meat stewed with corn, and in the "Mongolia" style there was the same minced meat, only the sign said "Mongolian". The coffee tasted bad. Coffee machines and thermoses with boiling water were taken out to the dining room, which is more convenient than standing in line at the bar for a cup of tea/coffee. But boiling water is not cool in all devices, there is barely warm water. Otherwise, everything remained at a good level - friendly, smiling staff, clean beach, beach towels without shortage. There would be enough sun beds if vacationers didn't "grab" them for the whole day. But if you come early, at 9 o'clock, then there are free ones. In general, of course, we didn't stay hungry, but the impression was slightly spoiled. I think we won't choose this hotel again.

The room is huge with many frills, including a kitchen "corner" - that's why it's with an all-inclusive system? I was also surprised by the presence of only one outlet for a microwave, coffee machine, kettle and toaster... There are many techniques, but you can't use them at the same time. However, this is a quibble. Also among the quibbles is the loggia lighting switch hiding behind the curtain (I searched for two days) :). The sea is great despite the constant excitement, it's difficult to get in and out at first, sometimes it knocks you down, but then you get used to it. There are always free sun beds on the beach, but it's harder to find a free one by the pool. The food is pretty monotonous, but there is always a choice and we were not hungry. Alcohol is what it should be - French cognac, Scotch whiskey, Mexican tequila... German beer, three types, though all light... I've seen "assaults" on waiters in Nautilus - nonsense, everything is great, very polite, helpful and punctual. In general, I recommend it.

Shampoo, balm, shower gel, liquid soap and hand cream. Toothbrushes, toothpaste, disposable machines, cotton swabs, cotton pads. In general, everything is necessary. We cleaned every day. If the tide was out, we swam behind the buoys. This is allowed. There was an oil spill one day. We were warned in the morning. It was impossible to swim. We went to a wild beach (it's at least five minutes from the hotel). There was no oil there this morning. We swam there. And after lunch they were allowed to swim with us. The oil was quickly removed from the sand. Then the stain came again. We got a little dirty while we were getting out of the water. Butter and paper towels were prepared. Oil is well rubbed off oil. Animation all day in Russian. Two animators from Russia and two more speak Russian well. All in all, a great hotel. Great vacation

We took 2 rooms, the beds in both are super, the silence is perfect at night. The hotel is urban! There are a lot of locals. A huge plus on the 1st floor is adjacent to the shopping center. We took the tour with breakfast only, ate at the food court in the shopping center, so it turned out to be at least 2 times more diverse and cheaper in terms of food. For almost 2 weeks of staying at the hotel, the linen has not been changed on the beds even once. The rooms are very dusty, and there are stains on the carpet in the halls and rooms.

The only difference is the fare in restaurants (that is, you can eat in restaurants that you have pre-booked, book at least 2 days in advance, otherwise you will be told there are no seats) and at the same time, you will drink the same drinks in them as in the common dining room, if you want good champagne or whiskey, the price will be 500+% of the actual price . Sun beds in a separate zone have become paid, it's generally a kick-ass, the pool has stopped heating,(they save) although they say the heating is on)). Friends who have everything included said that they were refused entry to restaurants altogether, allegedly the all-inclusive concept does not support even one entry to a restaurant. And in the common dining room, where there is a buffet, try to choose dishes that are preferably cooked that day, in the evening you can see sausages, chicken, meat dishes, etc. that were in the morning or yesterday (save money), but this is a common practice of many hotels, the main thing is to avoid poisoning. The alcohol is questionable, and the hotel itself does not create a new impression. I don't recommend it to anyone. The hotel offers a maximum of 3 stars. The hotel is located on the outskirts of the city, there is no infrastructure nearby, especially the beach. On the plus side, the building has a supermarket and a gym. Meals (breakfast, dinner) - you will not stay hungry, but you should not expect any excesses, fresh watermelons and oranges are made from fruits. According to the room, I got a room with two separate beds, the room was taken for three, they put an extra bed in the aisle, so it was inconvenient to walk. The control panel for lighting and air conditioning was not working in the room. The lights could only be turned off at the entrance, and the problem was fixed after active and persistent visits to the reception for 3 days. A separate topic is the transfer to the beach, I note right away - this is not about all-inclusive vacationers - they are taken to a hotel with a beach. Someone thought of taking people to the beach in the heat of the moment. From the hotel at 10:45 and 14:30 and back at 14:45 and 17:30, respectively, but there is a nuance. There are two small buses (micro) from the hotel to the city beach and there are not enough seats for everyone, from the side the moment of boarding = the struggle for places looks epic, but it is worth noting that for those who do not have enough space, the bus will return, but in about an hour, back according to the same scheme. Once was enough for us to rent a car and not participate in it anymore. The attitude of the receptionists - to put it mildly - does not reach the 5* level, as an example, when a man asked for a change in the time and format of delivery to the beach, the girl replied that this was not her problem. Requests to fix equipment malfunctions, as well as deficiencies in cleaning, were ignored. All requests are met with hostility, and for the better, I would like to mention the guy who doesn't speak Russian, thanks to whom the problems were finally fixed. The hotel is for a budget holiday, it does not reach 5*.

Of the disadvantages, I can note: a small number of sun beds by the pool. Transfer to the sea. He eats and walks several times a day. BUT the morning bus gets clogged up and makes 2 trips, it makes sense that you need either a bigger bus or 2 buses at once in the morning, especially when it comes to picking up from the beach. For example: 2 buses left at 9 a.m., then another 1 bus left at 10:45 a.m. At 12 he picks up from the beach, it is logical that people hardly left on their own. It makes sense to send 1 bus For tourists with vacationers in this department, the shopping center is in the same building, but it is "dead" There is only a supermarket and a poppy on the food court. It is better to give preference to the City center in 15-20 minutes on foot. To summarize, I recommend the hotel, there are just some small nuances that do not interfere with your rest in any way.

The only disadvantage of the hotel is its remote location from the city and the entire infrastructure (there are only a couple of cafes and a supermarket across the street), but it's just great for a beach holiday!

All the good reviews relate to the Roal hotel on the beach, all the average and bad reviews relate to the city hotel. A city hotel is a business hotel, not a beach hotel!! As a business hotel, this is a good offer. There are no complaints about the hotel itself. But for a beach holiday, how the tour package is positioned does not match the sale. The stated transfer to the beach is only two instead of three times a day. Tourists go solely for the sake of the sea, not to relax in a beautiful building in the desert. This reduction greatly spoils the rest and increases the cost. One-way taxi 500 rubles. It is offered to go to the beach only at 9.00 and 11.00. Return at 11.15 and 15.05. If you left at 9 a.m. , then you have 1.5 hours on the beach until 11.00. Or the second last return transfer is at 15.00. That is, you sit on the beach in the heat of the moment. There are no umbrellas, nothing where you can hide!!! All the cafes on the beach are open after 15.00. Further, there is simply no way to dry things anywhere after the beach.
