An ideal place to stay, a clean courtyard that is washed in the morning, friendly security around the perimeter of the territory, swimming pools, "river", Ula restaurant, Playground. The beach is almost under your feet and a wonderful view from the balcony)))

A great place for both permanent residence and recreation. If there were supermarkets with food nearby, there would be 5+ in general. But the Karim app helps out with delivery, I recommend it.
