Мне очень понравилось проживание в данном отеле. Останавливались вдвоем на 2 дня, 10-12 октября. Больше всего понравилось: пешком можно дойти до центра, при этом живёшь не в "городе", а в частном секторе, что даёт познакомиться с Астраханью с разных сторон; безукоризненная чистота; вода в кулерах на этаже; просторные номера, которые подходят для проживания длинною в несколько дней - приятно просыпаться, приятно проводить вечер в номере, а это дорогого стоит; отзывчивый персонал, который и метелку одолжит, и нож, и тарелку, и встретит ночью, и за косяки извинится, если что; у нас был шикарный балкончик, где можно и одежду просушить, и покурить, и полюбоваться на вид с третьего этажа.

Не плохая гостиница. Территориально расположена очень удобно. В номере не было чайника (кулер на этаже), тапочки за отдельную плату, фен по запросу. Мыльно-рыльное в наличии, чай/сахар, стаканы. Всё необходимое для проживания было. Уютно, тепло. Вода горячая всегда была. Разетки рабочие. Холодильник чистый и рабочий. В номере за 4 дня ни разу не убрались. Пыльно, на изголовье кровати пыль явно не вытирают. Присутствует непонятный запах, когда заходишь в номер. Оплату приняли наличкой, чек/договор не предоставили и не предложили. Рядом есть небольшой продуктовый магазин, недалеко 5ка круглосуточная. В целом довольны. Рекомендую.
