When issuing an order for 5 packs of A3 paper, 3 torn and dirty and crumpled bundles were laid out. The employees look detached and indifferent. When asked why it is necessary to pick up a damaged order, the answer is "well, they gave it to us from the warehouse, you don't have to pick it up." The attitude of the staff and management towards issuing orders is interesting.

The pick-up point is not bad, in principle, like all the ones where I picked up something. The staff is responsive, attentive, they offer to double-check everything in the orders themselves, even if it's some little things, they don't rush it. The location may not be very convenient, because the entrance is only on one side and either turn around and drive up to the point itself, or park the car across the street and walk (for me, in fact, this point is not critical, but it may be important to someone).
