The room is nice and tidy. Sofas, a chalkboard for children. Employees work quickly and accurately. Once I watched how a controversial situation was resolved with an unfriendly customer. Calmly and very professionally.

Incompetence, complete lack of the concept of politeness and customer orientation. If I used to shop often in the 21st century, now the quality / price level is lower than the baseboard. Apparently, the next "effective" managers have recruited staff to match themselves: we don't care about customers, we only care about money!
