We bought an LG F2V5HS0W washing machine on 06/02/2025. Periodically, she did not wring things out. I could not wring out both one thing and a set of bed linen. Knocked out the UE error. They were moving things in the car. As a result, if there is one big thing, then the machine does not squeeze. If there is a set of bedding, then not how many times things were shifted in the drum. And it all came down to the UE error. I had to take out half of the things and only then she wrung them out!! The machine is only 6 months old! We decided to take the washing machine to the service center for diagnostics! I called and left a request. The guys arrived and took the car. We have drawn up an act. As a result, no defect was confirmed and I received an SMS that the washing machine would be delivered on 11.12.2015. The guys brought the car. It was wrapped in a film. I tell the guys to check for defects, to which I was told that after the service there are 3 days for inspection and acceptance. The guys left. I cut the film. And I was just blown away by what they did to the car! I immediately called the 21st century. They told me to take a photo and create an application. That's exactly what I did. The manager called me back and offered 170p for the scratches!!!! Are you serious?? I said that I was not satisfied with it!! The girl said she would talk to the higher management about a replacement for a new car! As a result, they call me back and tell me that they won't change the new car, because it doesn't affect the car's performance in any way!!! Is it okay that you ruined an expensive item?? And the manager said if you hadn't accepted it, could you have considered replacing it with a new one!!! I.e. did the deliverymen lie to me???? I repeat once again that the delivery said that I have 3 days after the service for inspection and acceptance!!!! I bought a car for 1800 rubles. Not only does it squeeze every other time, the defect was not confirmed, so they brought it to me scratched!! I don't need such a car!!! I don't need an apology! And I don't need 170-200r either!! I need a car without defects! The one I gave you! I bought it from you for 1800 without defects! It will rust in half a year!! And I won't buy a new car with your 170-200 rubles!!
