A disgusting place has been chosen for a pick-up point. A barrier has been installed in front of the entrance to the territory. Not only is there no phone number, there is no one to call, so we call the 21st century call center. We wait for 7 minutes for the operator's response, then we wait for the operator to clarify the information, which is about 10 minutes more. During this time, there is already a queue at the barrier. As a result, the operator says that there is still a phone number on the barrier. You explain that he's not there. And for half an hour, the barrier finally opens thanks to the cars that are standing at the back and also want to enter, since there is also a car wash and a service station on the territory, etc... We also need to kill half an hour to accumulate cars and one of them got through and the barrier opened. As a result, I lost an hour of time for the sake of 2 minutes of receiving the order. That's horrible. Move this pick-up point to another location!!!!!!!

When they realized several times in a row that, in principle, no one would open the barrier, and if they did, then it would be another quest to go back. As a result, we no longer order anything here. You can't really park a car nearby on a weekday, if you drop it near the barrier, then you'll still have to drag your purchase 300 meters. I advise you to choose another pick-up point or delivery.
