The store is good, all controversial issues have always been resolved simply.
But the last order really destabilized me in terms of respect for the store. I ordered a tennis table, and I did not monitor the prices for them. I have developed trust in the store in terms of goods and service for a long time.
The price of the table when placing the order was 1,218 rubles RB. Unfortunately, the order was late for the birthday delivery.
And then the question arose about ordering a similar product in another online store.
But here's the main question.
After scoring a table model in the search engine and starting the search, GOOGLE gave out that such a table model is worth 21 centuries.buy 827 rubles.
By clicking on the link, I was convinced that the price really became 827 rubles instead of 1218 rubles.
To say that I felt cheated is to say nothing....
I understand that the market is a place where one sells and the other buys. But the price of the issue is not 5 rubles.
There was a very unpleasant aftertaste.
I will no longer recommend the 21st century store to my friends.buy
And I strongly recommend everyone to think ten times about how to place an order here, having previously looked at other Internet sites.

All the bad reviews here are true. And all the good reviews are fake. I also ran into a maintenance problem. People don't buy equipment here. You may regret it later. I handed over the printer and the courier turned it over, which violated the rules of transportation. The store refuses to replace it, despite the fact that in the future the printer may burn out because of this. Their couriers do not know how to transport the goods correctly, the call center staff cannot give any information and do nothing at all except consult, from what they said, most of the information was a hoax and for two months they cannot resolve the issue. All this time, the printer is traveling it is unclear where and in what condition. You need to wait up to 10 business days for calls from the claims department. It is impossible to contact the higher management. Do not spoil your nerves and do not buy equipment here.
Initially, when I asked the store what to do with the printer, the operator did not even ask me when the courier could arrive and set the time herself. And when the printer arrived from the service center, they sent me an SMS that I saw a day later by chance that the courier would deliver the printer to me and the date and time that they decided themselves, but they didn't even ask me. The service has become worse than ever. I will avoid this store and advise all people not to contact them.

Disgusting service. When everything is good, then it's good. As soon as an emergency situation occurs, the "face" of the company and the true attitude towards the client are immediately visible. My product has been in the store since last week (approximately on Friday, September 27, it was picked up from the service center) and the nearest delivery is offered when it is convenient for them, not for me. Moreover, when the item was brought from the service to the store, no one even contacted me, I only found out about it when I wrote it myself. As a result, my item has been in the store for almost a week. No one from the service department contacted me during the day (they have such a "queue"), nor from the management. Just an "amazing" attitude! If it is possible to buy in another store, it is better to buy in another store than to get such a "service" later!
