They ordered a lawn mower, but the staff refused to open it and show the equipment. They told you you needed it, and you opened it. They asked for help getting to the car, as it was bulky (two women were taking it), and they also refused. The location is not very convenient. Inside, everything is standard and quite comfortable. Orders arrive on time and even a little earlier than stated. Thank God, we haven't had to deal with marriages yet. There is an entrance for loading bulky goods.
