The opening hours for customers are until 21.00, but when they applied for the product on 07/01/2025 at 20.58–59, the issue was refused with the wording "five minutes before the end of the time indicated on the website, orders are not issued, so the cashier is removed and checks are checked." Customer orientation, as it is. Fellow marketers of the 21st century, set the real opening hours of the PVZ for visitors, and not for your employees, who, in order not to waste their personal time after work, refuse to issue goods when customers contact before the end of the working hours of the PVZ!

I don't understand the negative feedback from some visitors regarding the service. I worked in the service sector myself, so I put myself in the employee's shoes and try to arrive at least an hour before closing time, not "5 minutes". If you don't have even an ounce of conscience, then don't blame your employees - they're people too. Sorry, it's boiling over, sorry for the guys working there. In my opinion, the item is wonderful: compact, convenient enough and the staff are polite and friendly - what else do you need for a comfortable order? In general, the employees are good - don't offend them.
