They were kept in the service for two weeks without informing us, and only after numerous calls and indications that they were violating the law, the goods went to be delivered to us. The delivery guy arrived the third time. The product arrived scratched after service. Now we are afraid to complain again, because the vacuum cleaner will be taken away for an even longer period. Before the service, the vacuum cleaner was used for two weeks in total and it stood most of the time, of course it was scratch-free

Absolutely terrible service. I ordered a washing machine for my mother, a pensioner. I selected the "installation and connection" function. We arrived late on Friday evening.
