We have been using the store for many years and all sorts of things have happened, but the issues have been resolved. But the situation is now beyond all bounds. We delivered a very expensive product under warranty, because there was a mistake in the work. They were kept in the service for two weeks without informing us, and only after numerous calls and indications that they were violating the law, the goods went to be delivered to us. The delivery guy arrived the third time. The product arrived scratched after service. Now we are afraid to complain again, because the vacuum cleaner will be taken away for an even longer period. Before the service, the vacuum cleaner was used for two weeks in total and it stood most of the time, of course it was scratch-free

Absolutely terrible service. I ordered a washing machine for my mother, a pensioner. I selected the "installation and connection" function. We arrived late on Friday evening. They threw it in the hallway, said we would not bring it into the bathroom, we would not connect it. They said, "if you are not satisfied with something, we will take the car."
