The pick-up point. What kind of review can I write about it? I came, called the order number or phone number, examined it and made a decision whether to pick it up or not. The staff is polite, they can help and prompt. There were no problems, although there weren't a couple of orders and I didn't pick up everything. Once I needed help getting to the car and loading it - the guys helped without any questions, for which I thank them and 5 stars.

We have been using the store for many years and all sorts of things have happened, but the issues have been resolved. But the situation is now beyond all bounds. We delivered a very expensive product under warranty, because there was a mistake in the work. They were kept in the service for two weeks without informing us, and only after numerous calls and indications that they were violating the law, the goods went to be delivered to us. The delivery guy arrived the third time. The product arrived scratched after service. Now we are afraid to complain again, because the vacuum cleaner will be taken away for an even longer period. Before the service, the vacuum cleaner was used for two weeks in total and it stood most of the time, of course it was scratch-free
