Terrible service and complete incompetence! I ordered the product (order number 354.556.310 dated 06.12.24), but they brought a completely different item. I issued a refund and made a repeat order in the hope of correcting the error. And what do you think? The second time, the wrong product was brought to me again, again the same as the first time. It feels like they're working blindly in the warehouse. I lost a lot of time waiting and empty correspondence with support, which did not help (the answer was never sent). I do not recommend this store — the customer's values are zero here, and the logistics are absolutely uncontrollable!
