I lowered my rating only because of the queue in which I spent at least an hour. But otherwise it's fine. I bought headphones, and they were delivered to the pick-up point in two days, just as I ordered. The headphones are working.

I often use the services of this pick-up point. Friendly staff, the pick-up point is always clean, there are no crowds, and vacations are made quickly. The staff will tell you everything. Once they handed over a defective product under warranty. There were no problems at all, everything was quickly resolved and the money was returned.

An order for apartment renovation. All items did not require waiting (delivery marked Today on the website), I ordered an additional paid option on Saturday for Monday at the appointed time..6 hours of waiting time. It just wasn't delivered. I tried 23 calls, via online chat.. all operators are busy. Thank you.
