We rented a coffee maker under warranty. They were returned on time, but there is a nuance. When I picked it up, I noticed that the stickers from the service were glued to the lid of the coffee maker-it seemed a little strange that the service gave the coffee maker with the stickers still on (unfortunately I didn't take the photo), as it turned out in vain!!!. At home, the sticker removal quest began, as the paper part of the stickers came off without any problems, but the adhesive part did not give in. With grief, we defeated them in half! And what did we see there under one of the stickers - that's right, SCRATCHES!! The service, in order to hide the jamb, simply pasted its service stickers on this place. We hoped that the client would not stand at the pick-up point and remove the stickers. That's the kind of unpleasant experience we got in dealing with the 21st century (more like a service center!).

The service level is zero. The staff does not provide assistance or advice. Despite the fact that there are 3 people sitting in the computer and that's it. A call to the service center (that the quest is "getting through to the clinic" 20 minutes of waiting 1 minute of conversation explanation of the problem answer : redirect to another employee, 20 minutes back waiting answer: wait. About the help of the staff of the 21st century point themselves -0. Please wait, I have sent a request. And that's it, call yourself, decide for yourself. Thank God that the goods were taken out to inspect. There is no service from the word at all. Before that, I ordered a compressor, and there were the same problems.as a result, it burned down a year later. I don't order anymore in the 21st century.
