I don't like to leave negative reviews, but unfortunately, I have to do it. If a company does not meet its customers halfway and declares that they can leave feedback, this raises doubts about its concern for customers and reputation. On November 22, 2024, we received an order consisting of four items: Berge BR-4200 kitchen sink (white), Beko refrigerator, hob and extractor hood. Unfortunately, on December 26, 2024, when we finally opened the box, we found a significant chip in the left corner of the sink. The couriers were in a hurry on the day of delivery, and we didn't have time to check the order. We understand that we should have opened the box within three days of purchase, but if couriers do not allow us to check the goods on time, the company must inform customers about the need to do so. The order was quite a lot, and the cost of washing was 180 rubles. Considering that the warranty for the kitchen sink is 2 years and it has not been used, we asked to consider the possibility of replacing the product. We would like to use the sink without any problems, but unfortunately we received a negative response to our request. I am writing this review so that other clients know how the company solves their clients' problems and how couriers work. I recommend checking the product, despite the rush of couriers.

I contacted the online store with an order for a kitchen set (order No. 329.980.154 dated 03/28/2025). According to the terms of the order, the delivery was to take place on 04/01/2025 from 17:00 to 20:00. On the morning of 04/01/2025, I called the call center, where I was informed that the goods would be delivered from the elevator to the floor. However, an hour before the scheduled time (at 16:00), the operator announced that the delivery was canceled due to a "defect" on the product, but could not explain what exactly the defect was. I was offered to postpone the delivery to May, which I did not agree to. When I called again, they offered to accept the product at a discount, but they did not mention either the discount amount or the nature of the defect, citing the lack of data from the warehouse. On 04/03/2025 at 10:40 a.m., information about the order status was not provided, and the delivery date was postponed by you to 05/07/2025 without my consent. Violation of: delivery time, failure to provide reliable information about the product, unilateral modification of the terms of the contract

Before buying a set of winter tires in November of this year, all purchases and returns under warranty were excellent, there were a minimum of claims. So, I bought a set of wheels for a car, one of them turned out to be defective. The marriage was recognized and offered to refund the money for this wheel. They cannot offer the exact same wheel for replacement, since they and their supplier do not have it available. Now, attention to the question. And who will sell me one tire now??? Why do I need money for this wheel? It turns out that by buying a set of wheels in this company, through no fault of my own, I get to buy another wheel that I don't need, since I repeat, none of the sellers of the Republic of Belarus and the near Russian Federation sells one wheel! Moreover, few people are willing to sell even a pair of tires. That's the guarantee and that's the attitude towards a regular customer. Disgusting, horrible and disgusting! Never buy tires from them, it's better to overpay and buy from a normal office. Personally, I will not buy anything from these resellers anymore and I will try my best to dissuade all my friends!
