Sleepy flies. There is no person to issue orders. 2 people both calculate and accept and issue. This was my last visit to this place. In Vitebsk, everything is more intense and faster. There is something to compare it with. Perhaps, even in case of urgent need, it is better to bypass this order pick-up point.
