I stayed in this area for the first time, and it took me a long time to choose a hotel, as the reviews were contradictory. In the end, I settled on this option, which I don't regret at all. I stayed at this hotel for a couple of days at the end of May. The staff was very friendly, they readily answered all questions, and communicated in English. There were no questions about cleaning the room, it was carried out daily, towels were also changed every day. There are no complaints about the cleanliness of the room. The furniture is not tired, the room is cozy, there is a lot of spot light and I would like to mention the magnificent view from the window. The sound insulation was excellent -neither the street nor the neighbors could be heard. The breakfast is a standard buffet, it seems that the set of dishes is the same every day. The location of the hotel is very good, I also liked the area itself: there is a pretty embankment right in front of the hotel, a shopping center, metro and public transport stops are 15 minutes on foot and about 5 minutes by taxi. In general, I give five stars, there's nothing to complain about!

Finally, I managed to breathe normally. There is plenty of entertainment in the hotel, you don't have to be bored. I don't have to. The rooms were cleaned daily and everything is always clean. The food is excellent, even my wife, who is usually picky, ate with pleasure. They didn't take cash - they paid with UnionPay, everything went smoothly. I'll give you a solid five.

A very dirty hotel, upon arrival there was a lot of hair in the drain and on the tile in the bathroom, not a single clean mirror. Used toothbrushes are taken away , but new ones are not reported , as well as other accessories . One towel for two , which is changed every two days . The bed linen was stained with blood))) the staff at the reception does not care about requests. A constant assortment of breakfast , a working coffee machine every other time , empty plates are not replenished

This is a hotel where you stop by and there are not even towels. You ask to bring them and they don't bring them... Don't take rooms with sea views because the windows are so dirty that the view will not be the same as in their pictures. I have been to many hotels of this chain, this one is not customer-oriented.

One of the advantages of the hotel is the walls, floor and ceiling, which did not fall on my head. There don't seem to be any cockroaches or fleas. It's good. Otherwise, the hotelier is tired. It's high time for renovation. Lopsided doors, scuffed walls, finger-sized cracks in the floor surfaces. Judging by the blandness and scarcity of the breakfasts, they learned how to cook from the Austrians (They could probably go to the city center and learn how to cook there, but it's very far and inconvenient to go to the center). There are no bathrobes in the rooms. The staff is as slow as bulk carriers in the strait. I regret contacting them. I didn't expect it from the Hilton…

I haven't had such a good rest in a long time. The hotel has a lot of entertainment, you definitely don't have to be bored. Cleaning is daily, the rooms are always in order. The food was delicious, I ate with an appetite, even my wife, who is usually picky, was satisfied. They didn't take cash, they used UnionPay, everything went without problems. I'm a solid A!!

Everything is cleaned up, (although they write that the dust) the view is good. The feeling that the staff does not speak Russian specifically is probably politics, or maybe it seemed. Otherwise, it's fine, no dust, no dirt, I fully justified it for my money.

Terrible service. On the first day, they gave one large towel for two and somehow begged for another large one and 2 small ones. They asked for an iron once, but it never came. The floor is dirty, washed where the mop was sent, there is centuries-old dust in the corners. The hood had not been washed apparently since the opening, dirt hung from it. Dirty windows after a stormy night, the condom has already become a permanent resident on the tile outside the window and the sock wandered along with the tumbleweed. The staff walked along the ledge outside the window in the morning and looked in the window. The breakfasts are so-so. It's clearly not 5 stars. Maybe I would give 3 stars.
