We are very satisfied with the rest. We took breakfast + dinner, which is quite enough, because in the heat you don't really want to eat a lot. Top-level service, daily cleaning, clean towels/shower accessories/water, tea, coffee. The staff is friendly, there is a man at the reception who speaks Russian. Two pools, for adults and children, warmer and cooler. There is a pool bar, you can buy drinks for a fee or order a meal right before the sunbed. Towels are provided on site. The beach is nearby, equipped with sun beds, and there are lifeguards throughout the area. The sea is warm and clean, and you can even swim with glasses on. The breakfasts and dinners are varied, everyone will find something for themselves, meat and chicken are always on the menu, sometimes seafood.

With this placement, we guessed right. We were in December, it was a bit chilly. The pool is heated, which is very important. The sea with a clean beach. We swam, swam on sup, rented there. We rented bicycles right at the hotel and rode around the palm tree in a circle along the boardwalk on the breakwater. There is a transfer to several malls. On the couple's birthday, they were congratulated by the entire hotel staff and served dessert right at the pool table. There's a Russian-speaking girl at the reception. The rooms are good. The bed is gorgeous, there is a coffee maker The view of the interior of the palm trees and Dubai Marina is gorgeous. We were thrilled! 🤩 I recommend.

We had a rest with friends at the end of November at this hotel. The hotel is small, with a small beach and a swimming pool. Although the beach was small, there were enough sun beds for everyone (this was during the season when the hotel was completely full). Everything is clear ! The only negative is that the rooms were cleaned late, so we arrived at 17:30 on the last day before departure, but I had already given up cleaning. But in general, the price and quality correspond.

The beach is private, but not very clean: cigarette butts are lying around and you need to be careful with shells in the sea: it's very easy and simple to injure your foot. The cleaning at the hotel is decent, but I was a little surprised by the floor scales, which did not work due to a dead battery and forgetting the belongings of other guests - a swimsuit. The food is not bad. Everyone can find what they want. But I was upset by the lack of delicious coffee: drink 3 in 1 or buy freshly brewed coffee for money! I would like to note the very high audibility from the corridor and neighboring rooms: at 3 a.m. I woke up to the snoring of a man from the next room There is a shuttle to the mall, which is a plus. Overall, the hotel justifies its money, don't expect miracles.

I really liked the hotel. Clean, beautiful, pool, beach - everything is very good. And what kind of breakfasts?! mmmmmmmmmmm..... class. Bus to the shopping center (Mall of Emirates and Outlet), convenient. There is a pool bar, but not a budget one. I highly recommend it to those who stay at the palm tree. One caveat is that there is a construction site nearby, but if the windows overlook the beach, there are no problems. Two guys speak Russian at the reception, and all issues are resolved promptly.

But what exactly is the superior room (translated as excellent), and in the present it is the worst option of all the rooms available in this hotel. Because it has no balcony, and the window overlooks the farm yard. Of course, you can live without a balcony, but in this case, take a few swimsuits with you, because they will not dry for a day. And also about hot water - it will take sooooo long to drain, but it may not get hot. And the room itself is quite decent. Everything in the description is available. Cleaning is daily.

Shuttles run from the hotel to three shopping centers, so there were no problems with leaving the palm tree, not everyone has such a service. There is still a construction site nearby, but they don't make much noise, we had a room with a view of it, but we didn't even bother with replacing it, since we didn't sit in the room during the day. We are very pleased that we stayed in this hotel, and not in the city, it is much more cozy, quieter, there is a promenade overlooking Burj Al Arab, and the skyscrapers of Dubai Marina are visible from the beach. The place is perfect. Before lunch, you can lie on the beach, and then go to the city.

September 17-27, 2023. The hotel is great. Everything is clean, the repair is recent, as if. It's hard in general that the palm itself is remote from the city, but there is a free shuttle service from the hotel to shopping centers and back several times a day. This is the surest and most budget-friendly way to leave the palm tree to the city, and then transfer to a taxi or metro. Otherwise, it is long and expensive. The room has everything for a shower + blue beach towels are provided separately on the beach - you do not need to take them with you. The staff is very attentive and polite: all requests, questions and problems were solved promptly - by calling the concierge or if you approach. 800 meters away in the building of another hotel there is a minimarket with food and everything you need, open until 23.00. And in our hotel there is a small kiosk with souvenirs, bathing accessories, sun creams and the most basic medicines for tourists. Great breakfasts - the tables are just bursting, there is everything for every taste, there are chairs for kids. I was slightly scared by the sign on the beach that "swimming at your own risk - there may be jellyfish and sea snakes in the water".... But in the end, no snakes were seen for 10 days. A couple of jellyfish slipped already on the last day - but did not sting. There is a lifeguard on the beach from 7 am until sunset. You can't swim behind the buoys - they whistle right away. A little unusual - male maids. Or rather, even young men. Advice for girls: hide all women's things and underwear so that it won't be awkward :-))) I think that the only disadvantage is two construction sites at the hotel at once. If you stand facing the main entrance, then there is a huge pit right in front of the hotel (construction begins) and on the right the construction is already in full swing. It was an unpleasant surprise. All this naturally begins to rattle, hammer and ring already in my opinion from 6 in the morning. We had a kondei working and the windows were always closed - so it was all background. But who cares about complete silence - keep in mind. You can ask to change the room with windows on the beach, it will not be so audible there. But in general, the hotel has justified its stars. Thanks!
