(I would have pulled a hair myself....) She asked me to replace it with another dessert. It turned out to be cheaper. But the price difference was never refunded. It's not about the amount, it's about the attitude. The girl at the bar rarely appeared. We wanted to buy coffee beans. We waited for 15 minutes, but did not wait. In general, the impression is ambivalent.
