заказала через интернет преобразователь энергии для авто....., когда муж пришёл выкупать заказ - продавец не объяснила , что эти преобразователи бывают разного назначения...., когда принесли домой и решили проверить в деле - в авто произошло замыкание! На проспекте Парковом есть аналогичный магазин - там нам продавец всё доходчиво объяснил...Обратились обратно в тот магазин ,где покупали, попросили ,либо принять товар обратно,либо поменять на более мощный, на что продавец ответила :"надо было думать ,что покупали!" Первый раз встречаю такое непонимание и нехотение помочь со стороны продавца! Впечатление осталось ,прямо скажем , не очень........
